1. Agreement
By accessing and using the Nabtiq website (nabtiq.com) and services, you agree to these Terms of Service. Nabtiq O\u00dc is a company registered in Estonia under registration number 17222710, with its registered address at Ahtri 12, 15551 Tallinn, Estonia.
2. Services
Nabtiq provides digital marketing, creator management, and web technology services as described on our website. Specific service terms, deliverables, timelines, and pricing are defined in individual service agreements between Nabtiq and the client.
3. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and design elements, is the property of Nabtiq O\u00dc and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Clients retain ownership of their own content, data, and assets. Work product created by Nabtiq for clients is transferred to the client upon full payment as specified in the service agreement.
4. Payment Terms
Payment terms are specified in individual service agreements. Unless otherwise agreed, invoices are due within 14 days of issue. Late payments may incur interest as permitted under Estonian law.
5. Limitation of Liability
Nabtiq provides services on a best-effort basis. We do not guarantee specific results from marketing, advertising, or growth services, as outcomes depend on many factors outside our control. Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service in question.
6. Termination
Either party may terminate a service engagement with 30 days written notice, unless otherwise specified in the service agreement. Upon termination, the client retains ownership of all work product completed and paid for.
7. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Tallinn, Estonia.
